A Senior Interactive Designer, Ornette was tasked with bridging the gap between creatives and the growing developers group. He advanced into the role of Tech Lead for Grey’s client Ally Financial and finally served as the first Creative Technologist at GREY, working primarily for Gillette and other P&G brands. With a background in graphic/motion design combined with a passion for getting his hands dirty in production.

Ornette received his Master's Degree in Design Studies at the University of the Arts, London: Central Saint Martins and his Bachelor's Degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C.

Rachel graduated with honors from Moravian College in 2006 and is a classically trained jazz pianist.
